Are Your Latex Balloons Biodegradable

All of our Latex Balloons are made from the highest quality of latex and are Biodegradable and environmental safe.  

These latex balloons can actually be composted! If you have a compost pile or a composting facility near you, this is a great way to dispose of latex balloons besides disposing them in a trash can or receptacle.

Our latex balloons are specially treated and are guaranteed to float for 2-3 days.

PLEASE DO NOT RELEASE HELIUM FILLED LATEX OR FOIL BALLOON IN THE OPEN ENVIRONMENT.  

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Yes, there is a $400 minimum total purchase prior to taxes and Delivery and Set-up. Teardown/Strike fees are separate. 

 

ARE ONSITE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE?

Contact Dazzling Balloons and Beyond via phone to schedule a more personal onsite consultation from our Certified Balloon Artist consultant for $50; which will be deducted from the customer's total at time of deposit. 

HOW DO I RESERVE MY EVENT DATE? 

A $200 deposit will reserve the event date and future payment arrangements will be established. Deposit money is non-refundable but transferable within 365 calendar days from deposit payment date. Reschedule event date are welcome as long as the new date is available. All monies for event(s) are due 1 week prior to event date(s).

Full payment is required, if event date is less than 1 week away at time of deposit. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Once the Invoice Agreement has been finalized with a paid deposit the contract is final as stated unless both the client and Dazzling Balloons & Beyond (DBB) L.L.C. agree to any changes. Deposit money is non-refundable but transferable within 365 calendar days from deposit payment date. Reschedule event date is welcome as long as the new date is available. 

What is Delivery and Set-up Fee?

Delivery and/or Set-up fee is an extra charge applied for delivery and set-up of the balloon decoration(s) at onsite for the event at the venue. 

WHAT IS STRIKE?

Strike is when Dazzling Balloons and Beyond returns to pick-up or breakdown decorations or equipment after the event has ended. Strike fee is an extra charge and is not included in quoted price of design. An extra fee of $50 is applied if event is after midnight per person. Minimum of 2 people are required for striking and larger events might require more than 2 people.  $50 per person will accrue to client to be paid immediately for any delay(s) past the agreed strike time at fault of client or venue in .25 increments of $50 per person.  

WHEN IS A LATE CHARGE APPLIED?

Every 15 minutes the event runs past the established designated pick-up time the client will accord an extra $50.

Cash payments are always welcome. Charge Card payments are accepted via PayPal or Square with an add convenience fee.  No Personal Checks Accepted.
